Generative engine optimization services
Everything below exists to do one thing: get your brand named, correctly, in the answers ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google's AI features give your buyers. Most engagements start with the audit and run as a retainer that covers the rest. Any single service can be bought on its own.
AI visibility audit
The AI visibility audit answers the question you should ask before you spend anything: where do you show up in AI answers today, and who owns the answers you’re missing from?
We build a query set from the questions buyers in your category type into an AI, the “best X for Y,” “X vs Z,” “alternatives to Z” and “is X worth it” questions, usually forty to eighty of them. We run every one of them across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode, and we repeat the runs over two to three weeks, because the same question gets a different answer on Tuesday than it got on Monday and one screenshot proves nothing.
Each run gets logged with four fields: whether you were named, where in the answer you appeared, which pages the answer cited, and how you were described. From the log you get a picture of the category that no dashboard gives you: the third-party pages that keep getting cited (that’s your outreach list), the answers where you’re absent and a competitor isn’t, the places the model has your pricing wrong or your product name three launches out of date, and your share of answers on each platform, which becomes the baseline you measure the next six months against.
Deliverable: the full log, the citation list ranked by how often each page appears, the correction list, and a written plan for the next ninety days.
What the audit covers, week by week, is on the AI visibility audit page.
Start with an auditCitation outreach
This is the service the rest of the GEO industry tends to skip, because it can’t be automated. The models cite a recurring set of pages for every category. Best-of lists on trade publications, comparison pages on review sites, roundup posts, a Reddit thread that ranks, a directory that ranks. If your brand isn’t on those pages, you’re relying on the model to have heard of you some other way, and it usually hasn’t.
We contact each publisher on the citation list, one at a time, with a specific ask: add the brand, or fix the entry. We write the entry ourselves when the publisher lets us, because publishers get names and links wrong. When a publisher wants something in return, we negotiate it. A link back, a mention on your side, product access, a fee. You set the rules for what we can offer and we work inside them.
You get a tracker of every publisher contacted, every reply, every ask, and every placement landed. Placements are the metric. A publisher can say no, so we don’t guarantee a number, and anyone who does is guessing.
Mention correction
A wrong mention does more damage than a missing one. The model reads a 2023 review with your old pricing and quotes it as fact in 2026, or it puts you in the wrong category entirely because a directory filed you there years ago.
Mention correction is the audit’s correction list, worked. We find the source of the wrong description and get the site to update it. Where the wrong description comes from your own site (an old pricing page still indexed, an About page that hasn’t changed since the pivot), we fix that too.
Citable content
The pages on your own site that a model can pull a clean answer from. This is closer to ordinary SEO than any agency wants to admit, with one change in emphasis: the page has to work as a source as well as a landing page.
That means answer-first structure, where the first paragraph under a heading says the thing and the rest supports it. Specific claims with dates and numbers attached, because a model lifts a specific sentence and skips a vague one. And the page types buyers ask an AI about, starting with a best-of page for your category that names you honestly alongside competitors, and comparison pages for the matchups buyers already search.
We write these, or we brief your team to write them, and we handle the internal linking and the schema so the pages rank in the first place.
Entity and schema
A model that reads five different descriptions of your company writes a sixth, vaguer one. Entity work is making sure the description is the same everywhere. One sentence that says what the company is, used on your site, on LinkedIn, on Crunchbase, on G2 or Capterra or whichever review sites your category uses, in the directories that rank, and on Wikidata when the company qualifies.
On the site itself: Organization schema with the right sameAs links, Product schema where it applies, an About page that states what the company is in the first line, and a consistent brand name (one spelling, one capitalization) across every page and profile.
Technical access for AI crawlers
Short, because it’s a checklist, and because Google has been clear that nothing special is required beyond a site that’s crawlable and fast.
We confirm that GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot and Google-Extended can reach the pages that matter and aren’t blocked by a robots.txt rule someone added in 2023 without thinking about it. We check that the important content isn’t rendered only in JavaScript and that there aren’t three indexed versions of the same page competing with each other. We don’t sell an llms.txt file. Google’s 2026 guidance says it does little for its AI features, and we’ve seen nothing to contradict that elsewhere.
Tracking and reporting
Every month we re-run the audit’s query set with the same fields, so the numbers are comparable. The report shows share of answers by platform, the citations gained that month, the mentions fixed, and the pages on your site that started or stopped being cited. Every citation in the report is a link you can click.
We don’t report a proprietary visibility score. A score hides the thing you’re paying for, which is the list of pages behind the answers and whether you’re on them.
Ongoing SEO
None of the above works on a site that doesn’t rank. The models pull from pages that rank, so ranking is the foundation, and we run it as part of the retainer: technical fixes, content that targets the buyer questions, internal linking, and links from other sites. If you already have an SEO team, we work alongside them and the citation work feeds off what they’re doing. If you don’t, we’re it.
Two ways to work with us
GEO Visibility Audit, $3,499 one time. Two to three weeks. We build the query set from the questions your buyers ask (usually forty to eighty of them), run it across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode on a schedule, and log every answer. You get the full log, the list of third-party pages the models keep citing for your category ranked by how often each appears, the list of wrong or stale mentions of your brand with their sources, your share of answers on each platform as a dated baseline, a technical check of crawler access and schema, and a written ninety-day plan naming the pages to get onto and the pages to build. Delivered as a document and a one-hour walkthrough call.
GEO Growth, from $999 a month. The ongoing work. Citation outreach to the publishers on the list, mention correction, the answer-first pages on your own site, entity and schema fixes, and the ordinary SEO underneath. The query set gets re-run every month and reported with the same fields as the audit, so month six can be compared to month one. Starts after an audit, or with one folded into the first month.
What moves the monthly price above the starting rate: the number of publishers on the citation list, what those publishers ask for in return, how much content your site needs, and whether you already have SEO covered. The tools don’t move it. Dashboards are cheap and the outreach isn’t.
What we don’t promise
Nobody can guarantee your brand a position inside a ChatGPT answer or an AI Mode answer. Those systems rewrite their answers from one run to the next and the retrieval changes without notice, so an agency quoting you a guaranteed slot is quoting you a number it invented.
Publishers can decline. Citation outreach happens one editor at a time, and an editor who likes the pitch still has a queue and sometimes a price. We log every ask, every reply and every refusal next to the placements, so you see the hit rate rather than a summary of it.
Results come back as mentions and citations gained against the baseline the audit set. We don’t publish a score out of a hundred, because a score hides the list of pages behind the answers and whether your brand is on them. The full method, including what it can’t tell you, sits on the methodology page.
Start with the audit.
Send us your category and your three closest competitors. We’ll run the first round of queries before the first call so the conversation starts from what the models are saying about you instead of from a pitch deck.
